Based in the heart of Munich, we are a medium-sized
firm of accountants and tax consultants headed since
1988 by the Accountant and Tax Consultant Rudolf Seidl MEcon.
In 1993, Mrs. Evelyn Scheidel, Tax Consultant, became a Partner
in the firm.
We form a separate team among a group of highly qualified
accountants, sworn auditors, tax consultants, management
consultants, masters of commerce, lawyers, tax specialists

and
articled clerks.

We are able to draw on additional expertise
through our network of partner organisations. By involving
specialists from a variety of disciplines, we are able to
offer our clients comprehensive consultancy services. In the
area of financial reconstruction, we co-operate on a contractual
assignment basis with a leading management consultancy.
In addition, we have entered into a collaboration agreement
with an asset management company, which retains the shareholdings
of our clients as well as acting in a fiduciary capacity.
Since we share our offices with a law firm specialised in
corporate law and mediation, we are also able to offer legal
expertise.
Although based in Munich, we undertake assignments across
Germany and the rest of Europe. Our services are targeted
at both medium-sized companies operating in all sectors of
the domestic market and at international corporations. |
